Terah Kathryn Collins

WSFS Founder, Bestselling Author, Originator of Essential Feng Shui®

  • Terah Kathryn Collins is a best-selling author and the originator of Essential Feng Shui®, which honors the essence of Feng Shui’s® eastern heritage while focusing on many benefits it provides in today’s western world. Her six inspirational books on the subject have sold over a million copies worldwide.

    With a passion for transformational education, Terah founded the Western School of Feng Shui™️in 1996 to provide practitioner-level training in Essential Feng Shui®. This intensive course includes pre-training projects, over one hundred handouts, video lectures pre-recorded in a live classroom setting, Terah's bi-weekly live interactive coaching calls, private student/alumni online forum, access to the Alumni Support page, and post-training Final Projects to earn a Certificate of Achievement as an Essential Feng Shui® Practitioner. All graduates receive complimentary listings in the Western School of Feng Shui's EFS Practitioner Directory, and evergreen access to all of the above.

    Featured on the PBS Body and Soul TV series, Terah has spoken on Essential Feng Shui® at many special events, including the Magical Mastery and Today’s Wisdom Tours in Australia, and the Women of Wisdom, I Can Do It®, and Empowering Women Conferences throughout the United States.

    She lives with her husband Brian on the coast of Oregon.

Karen Abler Carrasco

  • Karen authors our yearly Chinese New Year articles, sharing positive opportunities each new year’s energies offer.

    Karen is a very popular Feng Shui teacher, and mentor who specializes in teaching the many nuances of Ch’i flow and Space Clearing in the Essential Feng Shui® Practitioner Training. Her inspirational teaching style incorporates her studies in South Africa, Europe, Mexico and several Native American communities. Karen holds a B.A. in Native American Studies and is also a California native plant expert, garden designer, and a certified herbalist with an expansive Feng Shui practice that includes homes, businesses and rural properties.

Becky Iott

  • Becky Iott is a masterful Feng Shui teacher, mentor and seasoned consultant. She is an expert in the teaching of Five Elements Theory and Application, the Bagua, and Feng Shui for Business in the Essential Feng Shui® Practitioner Training. Her unique presentation techniques emphasize the rapid learning of Feng Shui concepts and practical solutions through a combination of lecture-dialogues, interactive exercises, and hands-on practice with case studies. Becky holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.A. in Social Science.

Anita Adrain

  • Anita Adrain has been a certified Essential Feng Shui® Practitioner for over 20 years. Anita facilitates the Essential Feng Shui® Practitioner Training in Canada. Students are welcomed in Red Deer, Alberta for the in person training to become graduates of the Western School of Feng Shui.

    She is an energetic alignment coach who shares a holistic approach to align the environment with the inner aspirations of her clients and students.

    Anita is a two time published author, having launched her first book The HeART of Feng Shui…Simply Put in 2019. She is a contributing author of the International bestselling book Ignite Love. Her third book to be released by Ignite Publishing in 2023 is co-authored with her business partner, Cheryl Viczko. (who is also an WSFS graduate)

    Lorrie is a Certified Practitioner of Essential Feng Shui® and owner of Thriving Spaces, LLC, a Feng Shui consulting practice in Metro Denver, Colorado, established in 2009.  She facilitates the WSFS Essential Feng Shui® Certification Training program in a two-week, Fast-Track Zoom "classroom" with daily coaching meetings and recorded sessions. Her practice includes residential and commercial consultations, teaching live and online workshops, and writing about Feng Shui.

    Her book, Yin Yang and Prosper, How to Create a Thriving Feng Shui Practice tells the story of how she built her business and what she actually does in a Feng Shui consultation.
